Peter Liem: "It comes from Les Juliennes, a chalky parcel in the western sector of Bouzy. It was macerated for 18 hours, employing largely whole clusters, which has resulted in spicy, elegantly fragrant notes of cranberry, redcurrant, tangerine and pink grapefruit, feeling pungently aromatic yet finely wound. Its low dosage of 3 g/l accentuates its vinosity—there aren't many rosé champagnes being released at this level of dosage, and here it works exceptionally well, allowing the fruit to express itself while remaining intensely focused and soil-expressive."
