Brought up in jars and concrete eggs, it has wonderful purity in its white peach, subtle tangerine, and honeyed flower-like aromatics, and it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, a fresher, vibrant, focused mouthfeel, and outstanding length. There's only a tiny amount made, but this is well worth seeking out!"
