Syvän punainen, hieman kehittynyt väri. Tuoksu on voimakas, rehevä, yrttinen, mehevän hedelmäinen ja hieman tamminen; timjamia, luumua, mustaherukkaa, vaniljaa. maku on täyteläinen, ryhdikäs, rehevä, pitkä ja hyvin monipuolinen.
