Kuvaus
Rypäleet tähän viiniin tulevat muutamalta eri palstalta Rioja Alavesan alueelta. Palstat sijaitsevat 650-800m korkeudella merenpinnasta ja viettävät luoteeseen. Maaperä on kalkkikiveä ja savimaata.
Viini kypsyy ensin vuoden verran vanhoissa tammitynnyreissä, isoissa tammiastioissa ja sementtimunissa, jonka jälkeen viini jatkaa kypsymistä vielä terästankeissa 8kk ajan.

96/100p The Wine Advocate: "The white 2022 Blanco, produced with vines at high altitudes (between 605 and 805 meters above sea level). It's ripe, expressive and aromatic, with notes of acacia flowers, white fruit and pepper. It's tender and juicy, with spiciness and a creamy twist and ripeness reflecting the character of the very dry and warm year with 14.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.24 and 5.68 grams of acidity. It has a round and fleshy mouthfeel. It mixes varieties and different vinifications and matured in used barriques, foudres and concrete eggs for one year."
