Kuvaus
Rypäleet tähän viiniin tulevat yhdeltä Les Planes palstalta San Quintin ala-alueelta. Pardas on viljellyt tätä palstaa 2007 alkaen ja alunperin rypäleet käytettiin Rupestris viiniin, mutta vuodesta 2014 alkaen palstasta on tehty oma viini. Maaperä on hedelmällistä saven, hiekan ja soran sekoitusta.
Viini kypsyy terästankeissa vajaan vuoden. Ei kirkastusta, ei suodatusta.
